خلاصه : The telecommunications industry is gearing up to move to 5G wireless technologies. 5G offers the potential to increase capacity and create new opportunities to digitize more parts of the daily life. From communication operatorsapos; view, 5G is an exciting opportunity to make a big leap beyond communication and value creation through the Internet of Things, services and broadband. With the launch of 5G, operators need to discover new markets beyond their traditional monetization (access and connectivity) and identify new customers alongside previous customers.lt;br/gt;One of the important information interesting to know about the transition time and how to move to the 5G network is the number of subscribers welcoming to the first phase of lunching the technologies. This will be a major challenge for 5G development and planning. One of the global indicators in the field of mobile communications is the penetration rate of mobile communication technology in each country which is considered in chapter 1. This coefficient is equal to the total number of mobile communication technology subscribers in a given country divided to total subscriptions in that country. In order to analyze the market for 5G adoption and calculate the 5G penetration coefficient, the factors that will be important for the adoption of this generation by customers are investigated. These factors are required to be considered by operators and policy makers.lt;br/gt;In the second chapter, the report firstly examines the mobile market ecosystem in the world and the status of 5G from a market views and market analysis. The study of market capacity first predicts the number of subscribers, connected devices and Internet of Things. The studies estimate that the total amount of Iran’s traffic consumed in 2025 would be about one million and two hundred thousand terabytes, with minimum bandwidth of about 3.5 Terabyte/sec.lt;br/gt;With the assumption that half of the traffic needed is provided by the Iranapos;s data centers. About six hundred thousand terabytes of data should be provided by the international gateway of the Iranapos;s infrastructure. Therefore, the total desired international bandwidth required is about 36 terabits per second and the minimum bandwidth required is about 3.5 terabits per second. The amount of traffic needed per kilometer was based on density. Launching the entire 5G network in Iran does not seem to be cost effective in terms of traffic demand. Further, the launch of the 5G network in metropolitan areas, which need bandwidth around 50 to 200 gigabytes per km2, justifies the launch of 5G. It is also essential to launch 5G in urban hotspot areas which require about one terabyte per second by 2025.lt;br/gt;A business model is a companyapos;s plan for how to generate revenue and profits, and describes how the business offers value and costs. With the use of 5G technology enabling the use of a variety of case studies, stakeholders in the wireless industry especially wireless carriers must provide innovative business models to benefit from 5G.lt;br/gt;In third Chapter, the report provides a sample of business models for IoT services. Then, the business model of health service delivery (as one of the important vertical industries) on the 5G network platform is examined using the standard Canvas business model. Large mobile operators do not have the capability and agility to define innovative services and in other words, little flexibility to adapt to market needs. In order to solve this problem, a concept is proposed as a Virtual Mobile Operator or MVNO that originally does not allow for the launch of a new mobile network and the installation of mobile network equipment and would have to be used of the main mobile operatorapos;s network or equipment or MNO. They have common contracts. In the world these smaller but more agile operators are created with greater diversity and the ability to provide better services and higher quality to a specific segment of society, thereby meeting both the market needs and the virtual operator, with less risk and investment. This allows the virtual operator to have its own customers, support services, call center and brand name. In Chapter forth of this report, we look at virtual operators and try to study their business models.lt;br/gt;
